We are a private, nonprofit postgraduate institution established to nurture a new generation of political leadership in Nigeria, who are driven by values, guided by purpose, and committed to national development. Founded with the urgent need to reform Nigeria’s political landscape, OSPED is dedicated to training ethical, knowledgeable, and God-fearing individuals to step into political roles with character and competence.
At OSPED, we believe politics is not just a struggle for power or access to public resources, it is a noble call and a sacred duty. Politics, when practiced rightly, is the instrument through which the state can deliver peace, development, and sustained prosperity for all; at least to many than few. However, for this to happen, there must be a deliberate investment in raising leaders who will approach political office as a platform for selfless service, not personal enrichment.
